Davis Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute 2026–2027 

We are excited to have you join us! This year’s program is designed to help you explore Davis County, build meaningful connections, and support your future endeavors within our vibrant community. Our goal is to provide immersive insights into Davis County—its people, its businesses, and its opportunities—so you can form strong connections that will serve you well in your leadership journey.

We can’t wait to embark on this exciting journey with you and look forward to building strong connections, gaining insights, and making a positive impact throughout the year.

Meeting Schedule:
Throughout the year, we will meet once a month—typically on Fridays, though a few sessions will fall on Wednesdays. The full schedule will be posted once it is finalized.   Classes usually last anywhere from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. The first class has been finalized and is on September 11, 2026.  Below you will find the dates each month Leadership Institute will be held, along with a sneek peek into the content for the day.  PLEASE NOTE:  That as schedules are evolving with entities within our county, the dates and activities are subject to change.  We do try our best to keep the dates as scheduled.  We hope you will Join us!

This year we are also hoping to host Fall and Spring Leadership Institute After Hours activities.  Stay tuned for more information!

November 13, 2026 

- Discussion and education on homelessness in Davis County 

- Tour of Switchpoint Teen Center and service project 

December 5, 2026 

- Davis County Jail and Sheriff's Office discussion and tour

January 2027 - Date TBD 

- Day on Capitol Hill during the legislative session

- Tour, discussion with legislators, Northern Utah Chamber Coalition meeting, committee hearings

February 2027 - Date TBD 

- Economic Summit and Tour of a local Davis County business

May 14, 2027

- Graduation at Lagoon 

- Training and discussion with General Manager, HR Director & Lead Engineer

Davis County Custom Fit Funding



If you are a for-profit company and would like to apply to receive 50% off your registration fee - IN REIMBURSEMENT AFTER PROGRAM COMPLETION - please fill out the custom fit application below. You will need to follow all the steps in the process to receive this funding, including answering follow-up emails. Participant will pay the full amount up front and will be reimbursed at the end of the Leadership Session in May 2027.
