Davis Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute 2025–2026 

We are excited to have you join us! This year’s program is designed to help you explore Davis County, build meaningful connections, and support your future endeavors within our vibrant community. Our goal is to provide immersive insights into Davis County—its people, its businesses, and its opportunities—so you can form strong connections that will serve you well in your leadership journey.

We can’t wait to embark on this exciting journey with you and look forward to building strong connections, gaining insights, and making a positive impact throughout the year.


Meeting Schedule:
Throughout the year, we will meet once a month—typically on Fridays, though a few sessions will fall on Wednesdays. The full schedule is included below for your reference.  Classes usually last anywhere from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

September 12, Friday 
Leadership workshop by Oliver Young, Young Automotive Tour, Caring for our Young Foundation discussion and service project (shopping for children in need)
October 3, Friday 
Antelope Island horseback riding, discussion on tourism and the Olympics
November 5, Wednesday 
Arbinger Institute Workshop, SwitchPoint Homeless Shelters, discussion on homelessness in Davis County and tour 
December 5, Friday 
Davis County Jail and Sheriff's Office discussion, workshop, and tour 
January 28, Wednesday 
Capitol Hill during the legislative session
February 10-12 
Economic Summit (one day during this week, not Monday or Friday usually), tour of local business
March 4, Wednesday 
Hill Air Force Base Tour
April 10, Friday
Wasatch Waste Management Tour and discussion, Weber Basin Water tour and master gardening class
May TBD 
Lagoon, Graduation


Davis County Custom Fit Funding



If you are a for-profit company and would like to apply to receive 40% off your registration fee - IN REIMBURSEMENT AFTER PROGRAM COMPLETION - please fill out the custom fit application below. You will need to follow all the steps in the process to receive this funding, including answering follow-up emails. Participant will pay the full amount up front and will be reimbursed at the end of the Leadership Session in May 2026.
