Chelsea Adams
After nearly a decade of teaching in higher education, Chelsea joined Stratos Wealth Partners. She has a passion for education, and loves helping people understand their finances and work towards their goals. She earned her PhD in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and holds an MA from Weber State University and a BA from BYU Provo. She has won multiple awards for her excellence in research and teaching. In 2023, she was one of 8 Excellence Awardees for the InvestmentNews Rising Star Advisor of the Year Award.
Currently, Chelsea lives in Layton, Utah, and enjoys social partner dancing, reading, hiking, and traveling. She is also an animal and plant lover, with two rescue cats and dozens of plants. And you can still find her teaching the occasional course at Weber State or volunteering her time at the community writing center in the Salt Lake City library.

I teach Continuing Education classes on How to Obtain Perfect Credit and Real Estate Agent Safety classes to Utah Real Estate Agents. I teach one on one handgun training and Utah's Concealed Firearm Permit class. I'm also a high school volleyball referee.
Paul Olson
I grew up on a ranch in Northern California where I learned the importance of hard work alongside my parents and five younger brothers. After graduating from high school, I attended Ricks College where I competed in track and field, and then transferred to Utah State before joining the United States Coast Guard. I thoroughly enjoyed the four and a half years I spent serving my country on the ocean touring the Bering Sea and working with units on the Northern Great Lakes.
After my military service, I moved to Utah where I met my angel at a dance. Angela continues to be my perfect partner on and off the dance floor. We each brought to our union two daughters who are all older now with three of them married (one grandson, a step granddaughter and three granddaughters)! We were also so excited to bring a boy into our family to help balance all that female energy and he is graduated and joined the Utah Army National Guard.
With the support of Angela, I was able to finish my bachelor’s degree in Business Management and my Master of Business Administration. I am a licensed Insurance agent in the state of Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Texas; and look forward to working with you for all your insurance needs.
