Join Our Team as a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative!

Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for building relationships and closing deals? Utah Mechanical Systems is looking for a talented Commercial HVAC Installation and Project Salesman to join our team in South Ogden, Utah. This commission-only role offers the opportunity to earn up to 20% commission on sales ranging from $12,000 to $140,000 plus health, dental, and life insurance coverages.

What You'll Do:

• Generate and pursue leads to drive sales growth.
• Conduct detailed takeoffs and estimates using computer software.
• Present estimates to clients and close sales.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, the installation team, and customer support.
• Attend networking events and take clients to lunch/brunch.
• Work flexible hours, starting at 7 am to 4 pm, with an 8 am to 5 pm option post-probation.
• Engage in cold calling and door knocking during slow periods.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in sales, preferably in HVAC or a related home service or construction industry.
• A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of generating leads independently.
• Proficient in using computer software for estimates and presentations. (or willing to learn)
• Organized with project management skills.
