Information about the class

The class will be offered online and will have 4-6 individuals per class. This class will be offered online and a PDF packet will be sent to you so that you can refer to the information as needed.

What the workshop is offering is emotional management, assertive communication, boundaries, and stress management. At the end of the class we offer a certificate that you completed the class.

You will learn a new perspective on how to handle your anger. This will improve personal relationships, work relationships, and dealing with the public differently.

A mentor will be in the class that will offer his perspective. This is an individual that has gone through treatment with Michelle Inauen and has turned his life around with anger-management therapy.

Cost

The cost is $600, if paid in advance in full we can offer a 5% discount. The due date for the discount will be February 24, 2025. If you need to pay per session the cost is $75 due at time of service.

About the Counselor

Michelle Inauen is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah and Owner and Founder of Collaborative Counseling www.collaborativecounselingutah.com.
