The Davis Chamber of Commerce Women in Business ATHENA Award Committee has the annual privilege of selecting an inspiring individual who has done great things for our community and for women in our area. On Tuesday, February 24th, 2026, we will be honoring our next ATHENA recipient at our annual ATHENA Award Luncheon at the Davis Conference Center.

About the ATHENA Leadership Award

The ATHENA Leadership Award is presented to a person from our community who:

• Has demonstrated excellence, creativity, and initiative in their business or profession.
• Provides valuable service by contributing time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community.
• Actively assists women in realizing their full leadership potential.

The ATHENA Leadership Award was inspired by the goddess of Greek mythology known for her strength, courage, wisdom, and enlightenment – qualities embodied in the ATHENA Leadership Model. The award is unique both in scope – local, national and international – and the ATHENA mission upon which it is based.
