Bianca Cabral

Coming from an immigrant family, I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of hard work and perseverance in overcoming poverty. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic, teaching me the value of dedication and resilience. With two amazing sisters and a few incredible, loving kids (even if they didn’t come from my womb), family has always been at the heart of everything I do.

I started working at 14 years old and have always dreamed of owning my own business. That dream became a reality with Cabral Landscaping, my first company, followed by BCLEAN, which provides both commercial and residential cleaning services. But I’m not stopping there—I’m currently building two more businesses to continue growing and creating opportunities.

Beyond business, I’m a firm believer in giving back to the community, supporting those in need, and uplifting others however I can. Success isn’t just about what we build for ourselves, but how we help those around us thrive.

Mina Lancaster
Two Chicks and a Toolbelt and Better You Is Better Living podcast

Mina (Lucy) Lancaster is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and podcast co-host passionate about growth, resilience, and emotional intelligence. As the co-founder of 2 Chicks & A Toolbelt & Chalky Chicks Furniture Paint, she led the company through year-over-year growth and national recognition before successfully exiting in 2022.
With over a decade of experience in business leadership and emotional coaching, Mina now helps small business owners thrive at the Kaysville Business Resource Center, mentoring them in growth and strategy. She is also the co-host of the Better You is Better Living podcast, where she and her co-host developed the "Figure Out What You Want and Learn How to Ask For It" workshop, designed to help individuals build emotional awareness and self-advocacy. Mina believes in “Growth Everyday in Every Way” and is on a mission to help others elevate their lives and businesses.
