Mike Brian began his communications career in 1989 with an overhead projector and 35mm slides. His passion for presenting and storytelling drove him to become an innovator off and on the stage. His expertise in strategically planning, designing and delivering powerful multimedia presentations and crafting transactional storytelling has helped hundreds of companies and thousands of executives connect deeper with their audience.

A Marketing and Advertising graduate from Weber State University, Mike spent the first 6 years of his career marketing a regional Travel Agency where he learned the power of great presentations, growing the agency 20% per year. After 10 successful years as an entrepreneur he merged his multimedia company with Penna Powers Cutting Haynes, a regional full-service advertising and communications agency servicing brands and businesses between Colorado and California for over 35 years. Mike retired as the CEO of Penna Powers in 2022 to embark on a full-time speaking and consulting career.
