This workshop explores how to shift that inner voice with compassion, turning the harsh Inner Bully into a supportive inner friend. When we learn to speak kindly to ourselves, we naturally and effortlessly bring more kindness into the world around us.

You will leave feeling more grounded, more supported from within, and more aware of how your inner language shapes your outer life. You’ll take with you a reminder that even when life gets loud, you can choose to stay kind inside. That choice changes everything.

This 2-hour experience is for anyone ready to step out of negativity and into a kinder world.
