U.S. Chamber of Commerce
Ashlee is vice president and national political director of Political Affairs and Federation Relations at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Stephenson leads the Chamber’s voter education program, which includes directing the endorsement process on behalf of pro-business candidates for federal office and guiding the Chamber’s independent expenditure effort.
Stephenson is a nationally respected and highly experienced political strategist and pollster, with expertise working on high-level candidate campaigns, with independent expenditures, and on behalf of public affairs and corporate interests.
She has worked for four presidential campaigns, including serving as the polling director for Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s 2008 campaign and as a political strategy advisor for Governor Scott Walker’s 2016 effort.
Previously president of Just Win Strategies, a national political strategy firm, and most recently principal and chief strategy officer at the polling and analytics company WPA Intelligence, she started her career in the Strategy Department at the Republican National Committee.
Named a Rising Star in 2014 by Campaigns & Elections magazine and inducted into the inaugural American Association of Political Consultants 40 under 40 class of 2015, Stephenson is a regularly requested panelist and commentator at political industry events to discuss evolving trends in the political tactics of public opinion research, data, digital, message development and marketing. Stephenson serves on the Board of The George Washington University Graduate School of Political Management.
A graduate of Allegheny College and native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Stephenson resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband and their two children.
Davis County Government
As Director of Community & Economic Development for Davis County, Kent oversees economic development, planning, tourism, Davis Conference Center, and Legacy Events Center.
Kent earned his Master of Public Policy and Administration from CSU-Sacramento and his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Utah State University.
After receiving his Bachelor's, Kent spent seven years in California. He worked in the Eastern Sierra region for a non-profit community action agency in Bishop and a workforce housing development organization in the resort community of Mammoth Lakes. He then moved to Sacramento to pursue his master’s degree and to work for Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson where he helped create a Joint Powers Authority to consolidate regional homeless services.
In 2011, his love of the outdoors and proximity to family drew him back to Utah. He worked for Syracuse as the City Planner, spent six years as the Deputy Director for Community & Economic Development for Layton, and then as the Economic Development Director for West Jordan.
Davis County Health Department
Brian is the Director of Health for the Davis County Health Department and is responsible for the overall direction of the administrative, clinical, and environmental functions of the Health Department. He supervises Directors of the Community Health Services Division, Environmental Health Services Division, Family Health & Disease Control Division, Senior Services Division, and the Health Administration Services Office.
Previous to serving in this position, he was the Interim Director of Health. Before that, he served as the Deputy Director, the Communicable Disease & Epidemiology Division Director, the Department’s Epidemiologist, and as an Environmental Health Scientist during his more than 20 years with the Davis County Health Department.
Hatch completed his undergraduate degree in microbiology and chemistry at Weber State University and his master’s degree in public health at the University of Utah.
