A valid passport is required. Securing or updating a passport is your responsibility. Passports must be valid 6 months past travel date. U.S. and Canadian residents do not need a visa application. 

A copy of your passport must be sent to the Davis Chamber with your registration form (no later than June 15, 2026). Please email a copy to mandy@davischamberofcommerce.com.

Flight Information:

If you prefer to book your own flight (whether you plan to extend your trip, upgrade to business class, or ensure you can choose your own seat, etc.), you have the option to do so. Citslinc will deduct $500 off your total tour fare should you choose to purchase your own airfare. You are responsible for any extra transportation, hotel fees, etc., until you meet up with the group.

Refund Policy: *

A non-refundable registration fee of $400 per person is required at time of registration. This will be deducted from your total tour fare, the balance of which will be due by June 15, 2026. 

If you need to cancel after June 15th, $2,000 plus the $400 non-refundable registration fee will not be refundable. The remaining cost of the trip will be refunded to you. 

The trip cost includes post-departure travel insurance. Since this does not include trip cancellation coverage, you may consider purchasing separate travel insurance.
