About Us

Utah Lean Six Sigma Training Center is dedicated to providing continuous improvement education in a way that delivers the knowledge, skills, and abilities for participants to level up their careers and meet organizational goals. We do this by dispelling the misunderstanding that Lean is a business strategy of mechanistic tools that can be applied in a tactical manner with no regard for the overall system and/or strategy. We humbly propose that Lean is NOT a business strategy. It is a human strategy with business benefits. When we are serving people - our customers, our co-workers, and our community - the profits will naturally follow.
