Mobile Notary, I am a loan signing agent certified thru the NNA(National Notary Association., I am an approved signing agent for Fidelity National Title, Old Republic Title, Stewart Title, First American Title, Bancserv as well as I am approved on several notary signing platforms. I have experience in all types of real estate signing to include Reverse Mortgages, commercial loans, hard money lenders, and investment properties holding title in their corporations and LLC. I also have experience in general notary work with power of attorney, trusts, medical directives ect.
