Statewide Virtual Job Fair

The Department of Workforce Services is hosting a statewide virtual job fair on Thursday, March 4, from 10 AM to 1 PM. This event is sponsored in conjunction with the Salt Lake Chamber and Economic Development Corporation of Utah and is designed to connect job seekers to current employment demands. There is no cost to participate.

 

Meet with a variety employers throughout the state at our second Virtual Job Fair, and see what job opportunities are available in right now.

At the last event, we had nearly 1,000 job seekers attend!

• The event will be held 100% in a virtual environment
• Employer booths will be designated by industry and/or area
• Job seekers can enter the exhibit hall and view all the participating employers and choose which employer booth(s) to visit and is mobile friendly
• Upon seeker entering a booth, candidates can view the employers’ job listings and employer profile information
• Seekers may send the employer their resumé through the CHAT
• Each employer can have up to 10 employees in their booth to help answer CHATS

 

TO REGISTER

1. Go to jobs.utah.gov.
2. Click ‘Sign in’ on the upper right-hand corner and select ‘my Job Search.’
3. Sign in using your Utah ID Username and Password. If you do not have a UTAH ID, you will need to create an account.
4. On your Job Seeker Home page select the red message center button and then select the ‘Calendar’ link.
5. The link to register for the job fair is located on the date of the job fair. Select this link.
6. Pre-register for the event by selecting the ‘Register’ button.
7. On the day of the job fair, come back to the same spot to find the live link to join the event.
