We have received approval to host the 2021 Spring Expo on 12 May from 1000 to 1400! Mark your calendar! This year of course will look a bit different than in years past, as we all navigate what events in 2021 will look like. However, it is something and we are excited about that!
We have been currently approved to have 100 vendors at the 2021 Spring Expo. At previous events, we have many more vendors, so we do expect the spaces to fill up fast! We are also currently approved to have 1,200 total attendees who will be required to register prior to the event for one of the four time slots allowing 300 participants per hour. Each participant will be required to enter each room flowing in one direction and exit one direction. This will allow for participants to social distance between one another, but also means that all 1,200 participants must walk by every vendor table following the guidance.
For everyone's safety, this does come with quite a few safety measures to ensure all vendors and Team Hill staff are safe. A few of those include masks being required, spacing vendor tables 6 feet apart, no food or candy in the building (we will have food trucks and have a vendor eating area), and only one person per vendor table at a time. Meaning you can have staff cover shifts. As we get closer to the Expo, we may see some of these restrictions change.
Despite the restrictions, this will very much be like any other expo in many ways. You will be able to converse with those attending. You can provide them any information you would like to those interested. We simply ask that you hand the brochures or materials to those interested versus allowing 1,200 participants to thumb through the same materials.

If you are unable to participate in person as a vendor or would prefer not to, but still would like to hang a banner, provide flyers or have a static display there are options for that as well. Just let us know your preference and we will let you know pricing.
